About
Tracey McCabe MA LPCC
For more than a decade, I have supported individuals through pivotal seasons of growth, change, and transition. Clients often come to therapy during moments of academic pressure, career shifts, relationship challenges, leadership development, or parenting transitions. My role is to offer a grounded and supportive space where your nervous system can settle and you can reconnect with clarity, resilience, and inner guidance.
My approach is integrative and nervous system informed, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and mindfulness based practices, cognitive and solution focused strategies. We work with both mind and body to understand stress responses, expand emotional capacity, and build sustainable regulation and self trust. Therapy is collaborative, strengths based, and rooted in a trusting therapeutic relationship where your authentic self feels affirmed and supported.

What makes me different?
In my practice, my willingness to be flexible and available sets me apart from most practitioners. I understand the challenges that come up with school and work, so I offer flexibility in cancellations, and will offer times to reschedule within 7 days or less. I also understand that emotions and situations arise unplanned, which is why I offer myself to be available by text** and available to schedule an as needed appointment within 1-4 business days. Having a therapist “on-call” is really how I’ve seen many of my clients flourish through these transitional times in their lives and I’m excited to be available for you.
